Sam and Saltfree UPDATE We completed this challenge on 17 March at Helston Pool, swimming 5 1/3 miles between 5 of us (we lost count a bit!). On average, this took each diver about 1 1/4 hours - of which they were holding their breath for at least 45 minutes! It was quite fun!
